Helpful Tips
- Always Check Weather Conditions
- Buy Short-Term Passes - Since refunds are not offered in case of bad weather or illness, consider daily or short-period passes.
- Use a Plastic Lift Card - Load your lift access in advance and skip the lines using the Ski Point recharging stations.
- Protect Your Lift Pass - Take a photo in case it's lost. Do not share it — if detected, it will be blocked. Avoid buying passes from unauthorized sellers.
- Ski insurance is recommended, as anything can happen on the slopes. Choose a policy that covers medical help, ski and snowboard equipment, and ski pass refunds in case of bad weather.
